A classic “dry gin” was produced, which means that no artificial flavors and no sweetening ingredients were added.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pure nature – combined with the spring water from the Black Forest.<\/span><\/p>\n

The juniper taste, integrated in floral notes, combines with citrus and pepper aromas to create a lasting, long-lasting and aromatic taste experience.
\nMost of the over 20 ingredients grow in the Black Forest or in the orchards of the Scholerhof.<\/span><\/p>\n

The namesake of the IRIS KRADER Dry Gin is none other than the distiller: Iris Krader realized her idea of \u200b\u200bcreating her own personalized gin. The connection to their homeland, the Black Forest, and its traditions is particularly evident in both the design and the ingredients<\/span><\/p>\n

After the distillation, the gin is mixed with spring water from the Black Forest and reduced to a drinking strength of 47% vol. After weeks of storage in a steel tank, the gin is gently filtered.<\/span><\/p>\n

500 bottles of IRIS KRADER Dry Gin are produced per batch.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regional botanicals, lavender flowers and rose petals from our own garden are part of the recipe.
The ultra-modern water bath distillery holds 150 liters and is deliberately fired with wood – as it was 100 years ago.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before Iris Krader contains the ingredients like juniper, blackberry leaves, sloes, mint,
