Terms of delivery and payment

General information about shipping:
((1) The delivery of the goods is carried out on the dispatch route with (UPS)
(2) Shipping costs: The shipping costs are € 6.90 / € 8.90 (noble gift packing) for standard shipping within Germany and are shown separately in the respective product description as well as in the shopping cart and order form before you send the order.
(3) Delivery time and information on calculating the time limit: The delivery time for deliveries within Germany corresponds to the time stated in the respective product description.
The start of the delivery period is the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank in case of payment in advance and the day after the conclusion of the contract in case of payment via Paypal. The period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday, a general holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery or on a Saturday, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
(4) Delivery restrictions: We only deliver to customers who have their habitual residence (invoice address) in Germany and who can specify a delivery address there.
